We collect what we need to book your visit and do the work: your name, phone number, email, address and what you tell us about the house.
How we use it
- To call you back and book the visit.
- To write your quote and file a permit.
- To itemize the invoice for a rebate form you file.
Who sees it
Our office and the electrician on your job. If a permit or a utility request needs your address, it goes to the inspector or the utility and to no one else. We do not sell your details.
Photos
Photos you text us and the ones we take of the panel and the work go in your job folder. We use them for the quote and the paperwork.
Your choices
Write to hello@duffyelectricvt.com to see what we hold or to have it deleted. Permit records the state or the utility keeps are theirs.
